Vegetarian Paleo is all about eating vegetarian the paleo way.

How do you eat paleo?

Very simply, eat what our ancestors ate before the agricultural revolution.  Eat nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables.
  • Eat good quality fat (avocado, almonds, olives and olive oil, coconut oil, macadamia nuts...)
  • Eat good quality protein.
  • Stay away from grains (yes - all that cereal, pasta, oatmeal, bread, doughnuts, bagels...) and sugar (no sugar, not even the artificial stuff).
  • Keep it that simple!
